To add a horizontal line between the navigation bars and the content, check the "Line between content and bars" checkbox on the Layout tab of the Web Options sheet.
To add a line of space between the navigation bars and the content, check the “Space between content and bars” checkbox. | |

To use a graphical navigation bar, check the “Use graphical nav bars” checkbox and select a graphical style from the menu. See the choices to the right. |
