Text Styles: Copying a style |

Text styles can be copied and pasted. This lets you apply text styles without using the Text Styles window and is one way to transfer styles from one document to another. |

To copy a text style:
1. Select text that uses the text style.
or
1. Select a text style by clicking on its name in the Text Styles window.
2. Choose Format->Styles->Copy Style (Option-Shift-Command-C).
When you select text that contains multiple text styles, the text style used at the beginning of the selection is copied.
When you select text that has not had a text style added to it, Create makes an untitled text style based on the characeristics of the selected text and copies it. |
