Locking |
Graphics can sometimes interfere with other graphics when you’re arranging them on the page. It can be useful to temporarily prevent some graphics from being selected so you can manipulate other graphics. |
To lock a graphic so it cannot be selected or modified in any way, select the graphic and choose Format->Arrange->Lock (Command-L).
To unlock all locked graphics that are not on locked Page Layers, choose Format->Arrange->Unlock (Shift-Command-L).
You can add the Lock and Unlock icons to the Toolbar for locking and unlocking quickly.
To control the locking and unlocking of groups of graphics, use Page Layers. |
