Customizing HTML: Create® Logo

To eliminate the Create logo and date from your HTML output, check the No Logo checkbox in the Misc pane of the Web Options dialog. If this is unchecked, a line something like this appears at the bottom of each page:

A larger logo appears on the Table of Contents page.
