Document vs. Page

You can customize the HTML for your document as a whole and you can override most of those settings for individual pages.
To customize the HTML for the document, use the
Web Options dialog (Web->Web Options… (Option-Shift-Command-K)).
To customize the settings for a particular page:
    1.
Go to the page in your document.
    2. Make sure nothing is selected, and bring up the
Web Info pane.
    3. Check the Page uses custom HTML checkbox. The initial settings are based on the Web Options settings. You can change them as needed.
