| Step 5: Delete the left point: |

| Make sure the circle is selected. Click on the left point to select it. Choose Object->Splines/Lines->Delete Point. |

| Step 6: Copy the semicircle and flip it horizontally: |

| Select the semicircle and choose Edit->Copy and Edit->Paste (or use Duplicate from the contextual menu. Select the copy and choose Object->Flip Horizontally (or go to the Size tab in the Info window and check the Flip Horizontal checkbox). |
