| Circular Screen |

The Circular Screen effect simulates a circular-shaped halftone screen.
Inputs
• Center: The location of the center of the area to be filtered.
• Width: A number that specifies the distance between circular screen elements. The default value is 6. The range is 1 through 50.
• Sharpness: A number that specifies the sharpness. The default value is 0.7. The range is 0 through 1 (sharpest).
