Tools: Image Well (page 2)
Sometimes it’s easier to use a Save dialog to select a particular folder than it is to drag and drop in the Finder.

To use the Image Well to save with a Save dialog:
1. Select the graphic or graphics you want to export or copy. If you don’t select any graphics, the Image Well will use all the graphics on the page. If the format is Page, the Image Well makes a copy of the entire page, including all its graphics.
2. Set a format from the Image Well’s dropdown menu.
3. Press the Command key while clicking in the Image Well.
4. Use the Save dialog to navigate to the destination folder and to enter a name for the saved file.

To use the Image Well to save in graphic formats not listed in the Image Well dropdown menu:
1. Select the graphic or graphics you want to export.
2. Select Any in the Image Well’s dropdown menu. "???” will appear in the Image Well.
3. Click in the Image Well.
4. In the Save dialog, choose the graphic file format you want.
5. Use the Save dialog to navigate to the destination folder and to enter a name for the saved file.
