Opacity Slider
Use this slider to set transparency (alpha) for your colors or type a number in the text field to set a percentage. Remember that transparent effects don't always print accurately and not all graphic image formats support transparency.
Note: The opacity slider and text field are only seen when Preferences…->Object->Use alpha (transparent) colors checkbox is selected.

Magnifying Glass
Use the magnifying glass to grab any color visible on the screen.
Swatch Collection
Use this to store colors that you intend to use frequently. The swatch area is resizable; you can store any number of colors. |
