AppleScript: Customize (page 1) |
|
|
To add your own scripts to the Scripts menu, place them in any of these locations:
• <your user resources folder>/Scripts (set in Preferences)
• ~/Library/Application Support/Stone/Create/Scripts
• /Library/Create/Scripts
• /Library/Application Support/Stone/Create/Scripts
• /Network/Library/Create/Scripts/Network/Library/Application Support/Stone/Create/Scripts |
|
|
To open <your user resources folder>/Scripts/ in the Finder, choose Scripts->My Scripts.
To open /Library/Application Support/Stone/Create/Scripts/ in the Finder, choose Scripts->Shared Scripts.
You can save your scripts in subfolders nested as deeply as you want.
To open a script in the Script Editor application, press the Option key while choosing Scripts->(the script you want to open). Note: the Option key must be pressed as you initially choose the Scripts menu.
When you open a script that’s included with Create, a copy of that script is added to your Scripts folder. (This is because the Script Editor can’t open scripts that are included within an application.) |
