To select a table for moving or resizing, click anywhere within the table. The table will show two handles centered on its sides.
To select a table for editing (changing column size and formatting, moving columns, editing header cells) double-click in its header area. The table will be outlined in blue. |

To resize a table horizontally, drag its left or right handle.
If none of the columns have ever been individually resized, all the columns are resized equally.
If a column has been individually resized, all columns except the last one maintain their sizes. The last column expands to fill the table if the table is made larger. If the table is made smaller, columns may disappear.
To resize a table vertically, either:
Add rows, or
Change the row height in the Object Info pane. |
