The Rochester Bicycling Club’s Newsletter
The Rochester Bicycling Club was formed for the purpose to teach and promote bicycling for transportation, recreation, and health. To preserve and proclaim the rights of bicyclists as operators of vehicles. To schedule and and organize bicycle rides, tours, and other activities on a regular basis. To cooperate with other groups in promoting bicycling. To advocate the use of approved helmets. To advocate the safe and responsible use of appropriate lands for off-road cycling.
