Or, Choose Rotate Left (Option-Command-L) or Rotate Right (Option-Command-R) from the Image menu. Note: You can also use the Transform effect to rotate the image in smaller increments. The transform effect will also rotate the effects that have been applied up to the point where the Transform effect is applied. The Toolbar rotate control only affects the main image. When you rotate using the Transform effect, any images that you add before the Transform effect is applied are also rotated.
