To pause an active time entry:

1. Select the time entry by clicking on it in the time card.
2. Click the Pause button.

To resume a paused time entry:

1. Select the time entry by clicking on it in the time card.
2. Click the Resume button.

Depending on your
preferences, other active time entries on the same time card or all open time cards will automatically pause when you resume a paused time entry.

To stop an active or paused time entry, click the entry’s Stop field’s drop down menu button and choose NOW. The elapsed time will be calculated and the various fields will be updated.

You can also stop an active or paused time entry by choosing Set… from the Stop field’s drop down menu button and setting a time or by directly entering a value into the Time field.

Note: Stopped time entries cannot be resumed.
