The settings in the Preferences panel affect all new SliceAndDice documents. Settings for the output files can be changed for individual SliceAndDice documents in the Document tab of the Info window. Settings for HREF stubs and Output Directory Format can only be changed in the Preferences Panel.
The Return to Original Values button will return the Preferences settings to the original "factory" settings.
